Things You Need To Know

TERMS & CONDITIONS, and all that jazz:


1. Serious buyers ONLY please.

2. All items are preloved/preowned and in excellent condition (unless stated otherwise - minor defects etc).

3. Buying is at your own risk. This means no refunds, returns and/or exchanges.

4. Items are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Reservation of item(s) is allowed only up to three (3) days. Item(s) will be put on sale again if we do not hear anything from you after that reservation period!

5. Payment can be done only via CIMB. Items will be mailed out within 1-2 days after payment is made. Payment must be made within 3 days after confirmation of order. Oh, and please inform us once payment is done (preferably via SMS)!

6. All prices quoted in posts are EXCLUDING postage. Postage is to be borne by customers, except in posts where 'FREE POSTAGE' is offered. In that case, it's up to our discretion on the postal service to be used.

7. Postage rates are as follows:

Pos Ekspress
RM4 to anywhere in Malaysia (1/2 items only - clothes & accessories, depending on weight)

Pos Laju
RM6 to West Malaysia, RM8 to East Malaysia (clothes & accessories)
RM8 to West Malaysia, RM10 to East Malaysia (shoes & bags)

COD
Ampang (Selangor).

8. We will not be held responsible for any damages or loss during shipping.

9. Please do note that due to various computer monitor settings, there might be a slight discrepancy in colors. Additional pictures of item(s) are only upon request.
